I liked the owners dog and the parking. Also location was quite nice - the Cruisette just accross the road.
We had three rooms. Two were in one building and the third one was given in the other. That one was appartment with very unclean kitchen (which is right next to the bed), the window could not be closed because of the conditioner tube coming out of it. The two other rooms were small, old, with strange odor. One room didn't have enough light. In the other room the light in the bathroom could turn off without any actions from your side. The shower was leaky. Клоповник. Не советую. Испортит мнение о Каннах.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on where to go and what to see. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a parking lot right next to it, making it very convenient for us to park our car. Additionally, it was located in the center of everything, making it very easy for us to explore this amazing city.
Nothing to mention.

Location was great for the beach and the old town. It was one of the cheapest places we could find, and considering we are a young couple with not much cash to splash, we were comfortable enough in this hotel.
There were a few bars and clubs close by, which were a little noisy late into the night. The rooms were very sound proofed, you could hear the other guests talking quite easily. The hotel staff were absolutely useless when we asked them for information on how to get to St Tropez, and what sights we should see while in Canne. The internet is stupidly expensive, we found much cheaper rates not too far away. This is a 3 storey hotel with no lift, so if you have luggage on wheels you will not enjoy carrying it up the steep stairs.

The hotel location is very good, 5-min. walk from the station and city center. Many restaurants, cafe and bars are located nearby. Hotel staffs are kind. Electric pot and coffee, tea and a bottle of mineral warter are served in the room.
Hotel facilities are little bit old.

Great location! The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and the main shopping street - perfect for a city trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they provided useful tips and suggestions for the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower that was great after a long day of exploring.
The lack of elevator can be a bit troublesome for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. there was no space to dry wet towels or swimwear in the room.

The service from all personnel was excellent, especially the concierge who helped me find the private parking by coming with me and walking me back to the hotel, late at night. He was my saviour after a five hour drive from Milano!
The room was typically French - compact and bijoux!

This hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of bars nearby, making it a great spot for party animals. It's also very close to the beach and smack in the center of the city, putting everything within reach. The air conditioning and staff are great, and the price is very reasonable.
Despite its convenient location, the noise from the surrounding pubs can be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended a lot of interesting things in the city. The hotel was very nicely located in the centre of the town, and the room was ok for the price. They also had parking space which was a great advantage.
The room was rather small, but it worked fine for just one night.
